These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XSaver (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What XSaver does

XSaver helps retrieve download options for publicly available X (Twitter) media. Depending on the option you choose, XSaver may proxy the media stream through our server. In “audio” mode, XSaver may convert the stream to MP3 and deliver it to you.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Only download content you have rights/permission to download and use.
• Do not use the Service to access private, locked, or restricted content.
• Do not abuse or overload the Service (automation, scraping at scale, denial-of-service, bypassing limits).
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

3. Intellectual property

XSaver does not claim ownership of third-party content. All trademarks and content rights belong to their respective owners. XSaver is not affiliated with X Corp or Twitter.

4. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also restrict access to protect the Service and its users.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will work for every link, region, or network condition. X/Twitter frequently changes its systems, which may cause failures.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSaver and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Service and the content you download. You agree to hold XSaver harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
